Rich, silky, and deeply satisfying, this Chocolate Tahini Protein Fudge is the perfect balance of indulgence and nourishment. Makes: 20 pieces • Serving size: 2–3 pieces • Prep time: 10 minutes  • Chill time: 1–2 hours  • Total time: 15 minutes + chilling

Ingredients

Method

  1. Roughly chop the dark chocolate and melt it gently in a bain-marie (a
    heatproof bowl over simmering water).
  2. Once melted, stir in the tahini and maple syrup until silky smooth.
  3. Remove from the heat and fold in the DRV+ Protein & Creatine
Superblend. Mix well - it should form a thick, fudge-like paste.
  4. Spread the mixture into a parchment-lined dish and smooth the top with the
    back of a spoon.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and flaky sea salt (optional but highly
    recommended).
  6. Chill in the fridge for 1–2 hours, or until firm.
  7. Slice into 20 bite-size pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days - or freeze for up to a month.

This fudge isn’t just delicious - it’s genuinely nourishing.

  • Tahini gives you calcium, magnesium, and healthy fats to support hormones
    and brain health.
  • Cacao brings antioxidants and a natural mood lift.
  • DRV+ Protein & Creatine Superblend adds clean plant-based protein
(pea, pumpkin, and hemp), creatine monohydrate, and adaptogenic
mushrooms cordyceps and reishi for energy, cognition and recovery.
  • Creatine isn’t just for gym bros. Recent research shows it can be especially beneficial for women in perimenopause, supporting muscle health, mood, and energy.
